Gladly to see that public schools as well as private ones seems to thrive and that there are some really good examples both regarding architecture and interiors!
Some examples from above: (1) Vittra Södermalm, interiors by Rosan Bosch, (2) Sjötorgets Förskola by Rotstein Arkitekter and (3) Acoustic panels in Rikstens Skola, Botkyrka (opens august 2013) by Sweco Architects.

Urban but still small scale. Designed by Thomas Bergstrand for swedish company ZERO.
